about

A collection of totally unrehearsed, live analogue improvisations from the closing years of the 20th century…

These recordings were originally made onto cassette, and the audio quality reflects this. Please do not adjust your set.

Feline first used the title 'Frozen Features, Frozen Dreams' for a compilation of ambient analogue pop songs, released on Peoplesound.com April 2001.
This was expanded to a double CD release on Corruptive Records in 2004, including many of our analogue improvisations, some of which had previously been available online.
The current definitive remastered and expanded triple-album version was released in 2011.

about

The Feline Dream Castlewellan, UK

The Feline Dream were a collaboration between David 'Deakie' Davis and Nicholas 'Mermaid' Carlisle, a pair of gingers from County Down.

The band met a wretched demise in December 2003, however due to the invention of the phonograph by Édouard-Léon Scott de Martinville on 25th March 1857, their music can still be enjoyed today.
